COOKING CLASSES
Cooking Classes
One of Aditi’s favorite things to do is to share her knowledge of Indian cooking and foods with other. The classes are designed as a set of 2 but independent of each other. You can take one or both, based on how deep you want to get into it. The classes are fun and simple to follow and held in a friendly, informal atmosphere. Groups are limited to 12 participants per class. At the end of the class, we will sit down and share the meal that we just prepared.
PART 1 - Basics of Indian Vegan & Vegetarian Cooking
Saturday, February 15th 6-8 pm
Learn the building blocks of Indian cooking. This class will help you understand the different techniques, common spices, and cooking methods in Indian cooking. Once you have mastered these concepts, Indian recipes will look much more logical and manageable.
PART 2 - Comfort Curries
Saturday, March 29th 6-8 pm
There is no single curry! A good curry is a one pot meal. Every home has its own and every region has their own specialty curry dishes. We will try a few different kinds of meat and vegetable curry dishes from different parts of India.

Price of ticket includes all ingredients and a meal with the prepared dishes. Any additional purchases, including alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages can be made separately at the time of the event.

We are not a GF, dairy free or nut free facility. Although we are very vigilant to avoid cross contamination, products could contain traces of allergens.
